  • Guest arrival, vendor management and event closeout

Scope: Designed for up to 75 guests. Third-party costs are separate.

For higher-touch LP dinners, portfolio gatherings and multi-vendor events where Pallas Taylor owns the details end to end.

Scope: Custom scope based on guest count, production and staffing.

Outcome: One trusted partner carrying the event from first idea through final closeout.

Event Sprint

For teams that already have a plan but need an experienced operator to rescue, finish or run it.

Scope: Four-hour minimum. Scope is agreed before work begins.
