Using the service

These terms apply to pallastaylor.com, Pallas Taylor event services, and Villagers. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use Villagers for an organization, you confirm that you can agree on its behalf.

Your account and access

Keep access credentials private and tell us promptly if you think access has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your access. Villagers is currently an early-stage service and may change as we learn from pilot hosts.

Your data and responsibilities

You keep ownership of information you provide. You give us permission to host, process, organize, and transmit it only as needed to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to provide guest information and for giving guests any notices or choices required for your event. Do not upload highly sensitive information, payment card details, government identifiers, passwords, or anything you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, harass or discriminate, send spam, mislead guests, scrape or resell personal data, probe security, interfere with the service, or access another host's information.

Event and introduction decisions

Villagers helps a host prepare. Public context, suggested matches, reminders, and draft introductions may be incomplete or wrong. The host remains responsible for checking them and deciding what to say, whom to introduce, and how to run the event.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep it available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. If paid service terms, a proposal, or a written agreement conflict with these website terms, the more specific written agreement controls.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Pallas Taylor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time and request an export or deletion. We may suspend access for security, nonpayment, misuse, or a material breach of these terms.
